After almost three years break I have retaken all vows of a lay-monk, and serving the Buddhist Community and all sentient beings in my office as lama. You will not be seeing me online here very much any longer, and I hope you will understand, that even though my work with lyrics was a way of serving, being back to the office for which I have practiced since 1972, besides my work as a psychologist, is too time consuming.

I wish you all well, and hope you may find happiness and the causes of hapiness in what ever good you are doing.
